Sometimes I feel like is hard to wean myself off than weaning Adriel.

More Teeth

Today, Aunty told me that she noticed Adriel's two upper front teeth is coming out. I was quite excited about it and I tried to open his mouth, he reluctantly open his golden mouth!

No wonder lar for the past one week he has been acting very strangely. His sleeping time and style has changed completely. Not only that, he has been waking up middle of the night without any reason. I remembered clearly one of the many days he wakes up at least 6-7 times.

Yah Me and Daddy has been taking turns to monitored him. We tried so many method, putting him in the hammock cradle - Sleeps BUT still wakes up, feeding him milk - half way cries, cuddle him - pushed us away when he feels uncomfortable.... etc.

Now I know why. Aunty said, when a child is teething, the gum will be very painful because the teeth is forcing it out. Oh God, I can imagine how painful it would be.

Bought teething ring but dun think it helps. He just play with it, a few bites and flunk it somewhere!

Hope Adriel's teeth is getting better each day. I know is hard to bear this pain. Adriel, Mummy know you can bear the pain co'z u r a Brave boy boy..

The Day we have been waiting for BUT...

Today we need to bring Adriel over for a photo shot, I logged off from the office sharp at 5pm to avoid the crazy jam. As I was driving home, amazingly the traffic was quite quite smooth. Sometimes M'sia traffic is unpredictable! If u think it will be jam free, than u will get hell lots of cars but when U think it wil be jam.. wat else can I say?? Either it will be smooth or Super Duper jam!! True or not??

I reached home at 5.45pm and dropped everything off and wait for Daddy to be back home. Daddy reached at 6.10pm.

At 6.30pm, Daddy went over to Aunty's hse and bring him back home so I can changed his Animal outfit. I dressed him up in Bumble Bee and bring along the Ladybird just in case he couldn't fit any of their outfit. Too bad the Tig ger outfit is too small for Adriel.

When we reached Carrefour, Kepong thank goodness the photographer wasn't busy with other client, so we straight away put Adriel at the limelight. Yah, without changing his outfit. Just used ours.

When I put Adriel down, he wasn't so happy. In fact, He begins to cry but without tears!
After more than 15minutes Adriel wasn't giving any full cooperation, Daddy decided to change the photo session to another day. :( Have to come again!

Daddy and myself was wandering why Adriel has been so uncooperative not like his normal person. Anyway, on the way home Adriel has fallen asleep!!

Now we know why! He has not taken his nap. *shake head*
I thought I told Aunty that to make sure to feed him and gets enough of sleep before the photo shot. Oh well, sometimes things are unpredictable especially comes to babies. I shouldn't put the blame to her. Aunty has been a GOOD babysitter.

Photo shots

Tomorrow, we will be bringing Adriel for a photo shots at Carrefour, Kepong. We were in Carrefour last Thursday when we saw a booth on "Baby & Children Photography" by deOne.

And what attracted ME the most was the price. It only cost RM38. The package includes:

• One Outfit
• Four pieces of 4R size photos from what you have chosen

Of co'z the Optional stuff (Must ask wan) will be:

• Soft copy of photos (additional RM20 in CD)
• Top-up RM2 each from 4R to 5R photos
• Each extra person in the photo (Mummy or Daddy)- RM5
• Each additional photos (on top of the four pictures) - RM8
• Contest in 8R size (RM30) - will be returned if not selected to become the winner

After finished chatting with my msn frens (which they works on Saturday), I went to do my normal marketing with Daddy as Adriel is with Babysitter. As usual after finished buying the stuff for Adriel, I itchy hand went to the clothes section.

Yah, my previous post on Ladybird has been realised. (I still haven't Ctrl+Alt+Del from my head yet). So I quietly buy the outfit without Daddy knowledge! Lalalala....

And I also bought some 'Foam stickers'. Yah... 'sek pau moh yeh chou' Hoping that I will do some book scrapping for My Lil' Monster... Well, U wait lar. I also dunno I will do it or not!

e-Coffee & Tapiocca

Hah! I got an e-Coffee & Tapioca from a very Special fren, Shiok Funn (Forum/Blogger/Msn chat). Co'z I told her I am so jealous that Yee Ling has an 'e-Milo'.

So, she gave me these not one but two!! Hehehehe... Yee Ling I over take u... kwa kwa kwa
Well, the reason she gave me was because I taught her 'How to use Picasa' to post pics in the blog.

Well, I may not a Coffee fan-c, but is ok. Very seldom to get an e-coffee & tapioca from people. So, I can't resist this one right! Once in a blue moon I don't mind to drink Coffee.

Mummies meet up @ Coffee Bean, The Curve

After the Wedding Church, It was at about 1620.

At first, I thought we might go home since Adriel didn't have his nap from noon till 1620. And he might get cranky if he doesn't gets enough of sleep. On the way home, Adriel has fallen asleep and i was so undecided to go for a Mummies meet up or home. These meet up was just an impromptu thing because one of the Mummies from Penang is coming down to KL. So, the Mummies has decided to do a meet up since she is here in town.

The meet up was set at 1630 and I am still on the way home... In the car. I was very keen to meet up all the Mummies as I would like to see them in person instead of through Msn messenger or Blog. Me sitting at the back keep on bugging Daddy that I should go since is very rare to have so many Mummies are meeting up today. Daddy was a bit reluctant to let me go because Adriel has not been having his afternoon sleep and he worried that I can't cope -me and Adriel alone. I told Albert that I am able to cope co'z there will be many Mummies around to help me if I really need help. After much consideration, Daddy finally gave in. He said he will be picking me up at 1930 as he will be going for his usual Futsal game. Yahooo....

When I reached Coffee Bean, I can see so many Mummies busy taking pics. And So Sweet of Yee Ling greated me when she saw me from far. She saw 'Tan Sri' (if u dunno My Lil' Monster AKA as Tan Sri) and quickly grabbed him from me. Yes, she finally has a cuddle and not sure any pitching or not! .

Poor Su Ying's Hubby. Shiok Fun has been bullied Su Ying's Hubby to become Photographer for us. I seconded Syiok Funn, well what can I say when you are the only male!.

The meet up is really a great one. I able to see so many Mummies at one go and Finally we able to meet face-to-face. Is just so different feelings when you chat via Msn compared to meet up. I actually can feel the shyness at one stage. Dunno why I had such feelings!

Most of the Mummies that I recognised are Shiok Funn, Yee Ling & Quennie. Two Mummies that I haven't had a chance to see before either their blog or Msn pic are Wan Chin and Su Ying (from Penang). Su Ying's son Wei Yan, Yee Ling's dotter Ethel & Queenie's dotter Chloe all are so well behaved. Well done Mummies.

On the other hand, Adriel has been a bit cranky. I won't blame him as he has been very good boy from noon till evening. I guess he just wanna to be awake but at the same time wants his sleep.

After a couple of hours of chatting, finally our days end here. But that doesn't mean we will not see each other again. I'm sure we will have more plans for our next meet up. Syiok Funn & Wan Chin has been so sweet that they has accompanied me till Daddy arrived.

Wow... It was a tired day for us - Myself, Adriel & Daddy almost half a day gone. But I have no regrets of attending my best fren wedding & meeting these bunch of Great Mummies. I'm sure Adriel is Happy as well even though he has not have much rest and sleep.

Peck Gan & Patrick's Church Wedding

Today is the Church Wedding of Peck Gan & Patrick's at Holy Family Church in Kajang. Albert is supposed to be the Commentator for Peck Gan & Patrick but we were running late. The Church wedding supposed to start at 2pm but we only managed to reach at 2.10pm (Sorie Guys).

Once we reached, Albert straight away went into the church while I parked the car. The ceremony straight away starts and the Bride went into the aisle. The Bride just looks so pretty and calm.

Off Day for Babysitter

Today we are not sending Adriel to babysitter because we know Aunty will be busy preparing for his son's wedding. Aunty will be having luncheon party for tomorrow because tomorrow will be the actual date for the married couple.

So we got to babysit Adriel and later we have to get ready for Peck Gan & Patrick's Church Wedding in Kajang.

While me and Albert busy packing Adriel's bag (get ready to go out), suddenly I heard something fall and broke. This rascal of mine has broken a piece of deco glass! It actually comes in a pair but now I only have a single-ton.

Notty Act

It was about 4tish pm, my lil' monster was awake. He supposed to sleep from 3.15pm till at least 5pm after rolling over at Babysitter house. But this wasn't the case, he only slept for an hour! I think he must be so happy rolling over the new bed - King size wor.

So, I tried to rock him to sleep in his hammock cradle but failed. At the same time, I was half awake. I continue to rock him till he went back to sleep and He keep on waking up. I get so frustrated after so many attempt to rock him to sleep but failed. So, I took him out and throw him inside his cot and let him play by himself whereas ME have some nap, on my bed next to his cot.

I was half awake while keeping an eye on him. At about 5tish, (which he already played by himself for almost an hour without me entertaining him!) I noticed this notty ACT. I quickly ran out and look for my camera to video this action of his while I was half awake!.

Today, me and Adriel got to go to Babysitter's house because Aunty's son is having a 'Setting up Bridal Bed'. For Chinese, if anyone is getting married, the couple have to get an auspicious date & time to set up their bed.

So, today is the day and the auspicious time will be at 1:30 till 2pm. And why we are invited? Well, by actual fact, Adriel was the VVIP here. In Chinese custom, in order for the newly wed to set up the bed, they have to find a married couple with child/children & someone who considered have a good fortune to set up the their bed. So, here I am by lending my hands to put the bed sheet for them. By right, Albert has to be here to do it too (as a pair) but he has training to attend so he can't witness it. As for Adriel the VVIP, he has to roll over & jumping on the bed. The reason behind this act is to blessed the newly wed couple with kids. The custom also stress that it must be a Boy who will be doing the act, as the Chinese custom focus on the male compared to the female.

I was trying to think what Adriel should be wearing? Think hard, think harder & think hardest! Yes, the Bumble Bee or the Tigger? Mmmm... dunno which wan to choose now. I was a bit worried Tigger outfit may not fit him and I dun wan him to to make so much fuss. So, I decided to take the Bumble Bee.

Shopping Day

We decided to bring Grandma & Cheh Cheh Celia for a weekend shopping. So Daddy drove all the way to Sungai Buloh (about 15kms from our house) to pick them up and head straight to One Utama. I was so happy in the car and insist to sleep.

When we reached there, I was so excited, sitting quietly while Daddy and Mummy cruising me around. You see, sometimes I can be an Angel to U 'Mummy & Daddy'. But this also depending on my mood of the day.

Mummy actually wanted to buy a swim trunk for me. So we went to mothercare and managed to get the largest size swim trunk for weight from 12-16kgs. Mummy was so happy that she managed to get a swim trunk for me and before she took out her wallet she asked the cashier "Is there any chance I can try on this?". The cashier Kakak said "Oh, how old is he?" Mummy said "10 mths". Kakak said, "Mmm.. it stated that is ;'suitable for 12kgs till 16kgs' so it should be ok".

Than Mummy was about to take her her money and was again hesitated because she has doubt on me. Why?? Because she thinks that my thigh are TOO Big!. So Mummy asked the Kakak again that she still feels that she need to try on. So the two Kakak gave approval.

VOILA, what Mummy said was TRUE. I CAN'T FIT IN!! Oh Bugger! Mummy felt so relieved that she tried on me. Or else she has to pay something that I can't wear. The cost of the swim trunk was RM69 or RM70++. I guess I need a toddler swim trunk not baby anymore.

So NO swimming for me with Duckie! Bugger, Bugger, Bugger!

Animal Outfit

Here are the Tig ger Outfit that Yie Yie Jas bought for Adriel. When Adriel first worn on it, it's a bit loose. But the second time he tried on it fits perfectly. Now, after so many months we forgotten about this outfit. And finally I dig it out from the drawers that I kept and when I look at the size of Adriel right now and looking back at the outfit, I dun think my 'Tan Sri' can fit on it!

But why out of sudden I took out this outfit? Co'z Today I went to do my weekend marketing with Daddy, I suddenly have the urged to get another Animal Outfit for him. Dunno what strike my mind!

Alas, I managed to get this one. Yes, the Bumble Bee. Actually I did asked Daddy for some opinion of so many which one to be choose? He just give me a kind of look like "U sure you wan to buy ah?" I was like looking back at him "Yah".

The trader have so many choices to choose from - Lady Bird, Tig ger, Piggy, Leopard and Doggie. I was scratching my head which one to choose. So, Daddy chosen Bumble Bee and I like the Lady Bird (Red with Black polka dots). Ok lar, let's Daddy wins. I am ok with either one. Btw, it only cost RM22 for an Animal Outfit.. So cheap. The last time my sis bought Tig ger for RM28). Anyone want to buy, do let me know or borrow it from me, I have a minimal charges...kekeke.

10 Mths Old

Managed to captured some pictures of Adriel in the cot while Daddy busy vacum-ing - someone have to take care this 'Tan Sri". So here are some updated pictures of my "Tan Sri". He is officially 10 mths now.

My First Tooth brush

Yup, Adriel had a new found toy while taking his bath. He was so curious and 'as usual act' put the brush to his mouth. Than, I pinch a bit of the toothpaste and put it on.

When he first tasted it, his reaction like eating something sour. I tried to take off from him (showing him how to brush) but he wailed at me! So, I give in and gave him back.

Again, I put a bit of the toothpaste to his brush. This time, I think he used to the taste and started chewing it instead of brushing! End up eating the toothpaste without rinse his mouth!

Even after taking his bath, he insist that he wants to hold his toothbrush. So while putting on his clothes, he chewing it happily no matter how we moved him while putting on his clothes! Dunno what makes him so attached to his brush.

Ok, here is the answer to my previous post on Guessing Game

It happened on Saturday, 20th October 2007 while I was busy cleaning the house together with Albert before heading to Kak Wan's House warming.

After finished cleaning the house, I decided to take a shower while Albert was doing some cleaning in the kitchen. He decided to helped me to sterilised the bottles.

When I was busy packing Adriel's stuff and getting the bottles and teats ready, I noticed that the bottles (only two bottles) was full of water. I dunno how Albert do it but he managed to put 9oz of water inside the big bottle, while the small bottles has 3oz.

I was like OMG, my steriliser!!!!! Luckily the steriliser still in working condition or else my hair will be on fire.
